- Get Plenty of Sleep
- Manage Stress
- Prevent Brain Injury (wear protective gear & seat
belts).
- Control Other Health Conditions
- Avoid Unhealthy Habits (smoking, drinking and
drugs)
- Consider Your Genes (family history).
