  3. Exercise Regularly
  4. Stay Social.
  5. Get Plenty of Sleep
  6. Manage Stress
  7. Prevent Brain Injury (wear protective gear & seat belts).
  8. Control Other Health Conditions
  9. Avoid Unhealthy Habits (smoking, drinking and drugs)
  10. Consider Your Genes (family history).
