Omega-3s May Bring On Better Mood

According to a study conducted by Sarah Conklin and colleagues at the University of Pittsburgh, healthy adults with higher blood levels of omega-3 fatty acids tend to be more agreeable than those with lower levels, who are likelier to be more impulsive, negative and depressed. These findings suggest that omega-3s may benefit individuals by boosting their mood and modulating their behavior.
