Study Adds Asthma to Hormone Replacement Ills
(Chicago, Reuters Health, 2/23/04)

R. Graham Barr and fellow researchers at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston and Columbia University, analyzed data from a broad health study of nurses that began in 1976. The scientists found that women undergoing Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) had greater than double the risk of developing asthma when compared with their peers who had never used hormones.
