Cause Human Cell Changes: Study
(Helsinki, Reuters Health, 6/19/02)
A 2-year study led by Darius Leszcynski of Finland's
Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority indicates that cell
phone radiation causes increased activity in the proteins of
human cells grown in a lab. Leszcynski speculates that, if
such activity causes blood vessel cells to shrink, it could
create gaps between the cells, making the barrier around the
brain easier to penetrate. |
