May Keep Brain Sharp into Old Age

Dr. M.L. Correa Leite from the National Research Council in
Milan, Italy & colleagues report that elderly people who eat a
healthy diet & drink moderately are less likely to suffer from
dementia. The researchers suggest that antioxidants, already
accepted for their role in reducing cancer & cardiovascular
risks, may protect against Alheimer's-related damage as well. |
