Rugs, Carpets to Higher Asthma Rates

When Dr. Sania Amr of the University of Maryland and her
colleagues analyzed dust samples from 12 Baltimore schools,
they found higher allergen levels in buildings where rugs and
carpets were used, which correlated with a higher incidence of
asthma among the students attending these institution. |
