More Evidence Soy Guards Against Breast Cancer

New research at the National University of Singapore, Cancer Research UK and the US National Cancer Institute suggests that the consumption of soy products may prevent breast cancer. One study examined the diets of Chinese women, while a second study focused on breast tissue density. An analysis of the data for women who had taken part in both studies revealed that those who ate more soy were less likely to have dense breast tissue which is associated with an increased risk of cancer.
