Mold in Home May Mean Baby Breathing Problems

Dr. Diane R. Gold, from Harvard University in Boston, and team, studied 499 babies who had at least one allergic parent. The researchers measured fungal levels in their homes and found that high fungi levels, even where there was no apparent dampness, were associated with an increased risk of infants under a year old developing breathing problems, including pneumonia.
