Marital Harmony Helps Blood Pressure

Dr. Brian Baker and colleagues from the Toronto Hospital in Canada, had participants fill out detailed questionnaires and wear a blood pressure monitor for 24 hours. They found that mates who tended to share positive experiences, such as calm discussions, had lower blood pressure.
