Migraine Linked to Soy Consumption

According to Dr. Peter Engel of Albany Medical College in
NY, a man increased his daily soy intake to 177 mg, in order
to relieve prostate discomfort and subsequently developed
migraine headaches. When the man reduced his soy intake to
half, his headaches and auras disappeared. |
