Hormone Replacement Linked to Gallbladder Cancer

Dr. Silvano Gallus of Istituto di Ricerche Farmacologiche, Milan Italy, and team studied 3733 female participants in a 12-year study of digestive cancers. He reports that women who have used Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) at any time had more than 3 times the risk of developing gallbladder malignancies, which are usually rare.
