Fruits, Veggies Lower Blood Pressure: Study

Researchers at the University of Oxford, UK studied nearly 700 adults, some of whom were told to continue eating as usual, while the rest were told to eat at least 5 servings of fruit and vegetables daily. Over the next 6 months, blood pressure readings for the group eating the fruits and vegetables decreased.
