Eating Oily Fish May Reduce Risk of Asthma

Public health experts at the University of Cambridge report that eating oily fish may protect against asthma. When these scientists studied the habits of 750 volunteers who were already participating in the long-term European Prospective Investigation of Cancer (EPIC), they concluded that regular fish consumption halved the risk of asthma attacks.
