Curry Spice May Fight Multiple Sclerosis

When Dr. Chandramohan Natarajan of Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee and Dr. John Bright studied rats that had an MS-like illness, the researchers found that rats that were injected with curcumin 3 times a week tended to become symptom-free; whereas, the untreated animals became paralyzed.
